Greek yogurt. Few foods pack as much of a healthy punch in a small serving as Greek yogurt. Greek yogurt has a thicker texture with fewer carbohydrates and sugar, and more protein the regular yogurt. Greek yogurt is high in protein, packed with probiotics, full of vitamin B12, and high in iodine and calcium.

Key Lime Pie Parfait Recipe

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup granola (use your favorite)
  • Zest and juice of 2 key limes*
  • 2 drops Lime essential oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

*Note: Key limes are naturally a lot smaller than regular limes. If you can’t find key limes, replace with half of a regular lime.


  1. In a small bowl, add yogurt, lime zest, lime juice, Lime essential oil, and the honey (if using for added sweetness).
  2. In a tall cup or glass, add one-third of the yogurt mixture to the bottom of the container and top with half of the granola. Repeat layers until ingredients are gone.
  3. If desired, garnish with a slice of lime.
